In Oman, we will be celebrating Eid Ul  Fitr on ,

 Wednesday, the 31st August 2011 InsaAllah 

 

It is confirmed by Oman Governent 

 

 The Moon Sighting Committee of Oman announced on last Saturday that August 30 will be the final day of the Holy Month of Ramadan and August 31 will be the first day of Shawal and 'Eid Al Fitr'.

This announcement was made on the basis of the astronomical analysis.
