Wireless Solutions Architect (Solutions Architect) Job Function: Create wireless-based solutions that meet customer needs. Knowledge of wireless technologies, protocols, and standards. Previous wireless/telecom consulting experience is desired. Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written. Knowledge of Arabic is highly desired. Excellent team player. Ability to work independently and under a great deal of ambiguity. Education: Minimum of Bsc. in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field. An Msc degree is preferred. Job Function: Support R&D activities throughout project lifecycle including: requirements definition, design, development, lab testing, field trial etc. Lead proof-of-concept implementation of new applications and service concepts. Represent QUWIC in international standard bodies and make technical contributions as needed. Support external technical consulting activities and contract research projects.
