Before starting the trial of war criminal the leadership of BAL is needed to think that Independence Day of Bangladesh is on 26 March not on either 25 or 27 March.. That means if Mr. Sheik declared Independence of Bangladesh then the Independence Day of Bangladesh should be on 25 March because Mr. Mujib was arrested on 25 March 1971. Or the Independence Day of Bangladesh should be on 27 March because Major Zia declared Independence of Bangladesh on behalf Mr. Sheik Mujib on 27 March 1971. That means officially on the record it can be said that Mr. Mujib did not declare Independence of Bangladesh at all because he was mandated on 1970 Election either not to break Pakistan or not to declare Independence of Bangladesh but to rule whole Pakistan. But Mr. Zia declared Independence of Bangladesh on 26 March in1971 later on 27 March 1971 he again declared  Independence of Bangladesh on behalf of Mujib who was elected leader because Major was the employee not was elected public representative. Actually the war was held between Pakistan army & Indian army & both was got support by the Bangladesh auxiliary forces called Rajakars Albadar & freedom fighters. Pakistan Army were defeated & surrendered to Indian army & were released under the terms of settlement between Pakistan & India, BAL leaders now should be wise & efficient to think thoroughly & honestly not to doing any chapabaji & lying works because the people of Bangladesh have elected them & are paying their salary & other benefits to establish lawful good & honest administration in Bangladesh for making digital Bangladesh & PROVIDING JOBS TO THE JOBLESS PEOPLE not to doing chintai loot pat & lying chapabaji works. Can they prove in the court that 3 millions people were killed in 1971 war by Pakistan Army & can they give their names & addresses? Have they official record of killed 3 millions people?? Are they paying any compensation to the killed family members?
