It seems that to the concerned people including the CTG self have not clear & perfect understanding knowledge about 1) The Aim of CTG 2) The Meaning of CTG 3) The Reasons for CTG 4) The Work of CTG 5) The Administration of CTG TO MAKE SUCCESS ANY PROJECT NEEDS QUALITY EDUCATED KNOWLEDGE PEOPLE. Ignorance & Inefficient people do not know & do not understand how they are creating situation for creating problems, people's disaster & changing climate in Bangladesh which will be in future main reasons for submerging Bangladesh in Deep Sea Only Quality Knowledge educated people can understand reasons for changing climate & real problems in Bangladesh & can solve problems to save Bangladesh submerged in Sea. 1) Why are changing climate in Bangladesh?? 2) Will whether Bangladesh be submerged at Sea due to climate change or not?? 3) What problems are & how to solve problems? For understanding & solving that Needs Quality Knowledge Educated people For creating quality knowledge educated people in Bangladesh needs to provide Quality system Knowledge Education to the people. For providing quality knowledge education Needs "Quality Knowledge Net Work Program" For making higher education quality workable & for making people quality understanding in Climate changing & in Problem Solving "Quality Knowledge Net Work Program" is required to build. This knowledge net work program may be built by any level people who are possessed Quality Educated Knowledge, good intention, related with the education management & education teaching section and understand the aim of education & the reasons of changing the climate in Bangladesh 1) To create thoughtful idea to make thoughtful suggestions for modifying the rules of policy in education, course of education & method of providing education 2) To create new idea for providing quality education nation wide to all category people 3) To make at all levels appropriate infrastructures to provide quality educations maintaining the update education standard 4) To introduce a system for providing short term professional educational courses for nation wide professional persons besides normal education system for making them update professional knowledge skilled persons. 5) For building knowledge stream bridge from lower level education to higher level education & For communicating knowledge work to all level category people Education providing level May be in the form Of Infant level For the children 1 to 6 years age Primary Level For the children 6 to 11 years age Secondary Level 1 For the children 11 to 16 years age Secondary Level 2 For the children 16 to 19 years age University Level For the children 19 to 22 years age Courses of education May be as: Infant level Education courses are the Child Care Education to look over the children for grow up in nature Primary level Education courses are the Preparatory education for learning & knowing how to learn what need to know to learn & to do.
