to USA for education.
I have a friend "X" who will work for a University in
OMAN but he will send his children in MD or
Virginia,USA for education. His three children will be
in Pre-K, Level 5, and Level 11. The one in level 11
is an U.S. citizen but others are not. My friends'
wife will stay with children. When he contacted the
U.S. Embassy in Qatar, the Embassy wrote him
negatively. However, he will be able to get I-20 from
private schools in the USA for his children. Is there
any legal mind or lawyer in the Forum to help my
friend? My friend's wife needs the type of VISA to
stay for more than years.
