University Teachers and teachers of all other educational institutions in Bangladesh are needed to be

a)    honest teaching their professional

b)    honest to learn knowledge education courses for teaching the students perfectly

c)    honest to educate them as quality knowledge educated persons

So that the students after completing their study can do work perfectly in their respect work field   for lawful Bangladesh by establishing

a)       humanity and human right for all people

b)       justice of law in administration

c)      justice  of economy for all people and

d)      justice of lawful democracy

For this reasons

University Teachers and teachers of all other educational institutions in Bangladesh must not be

a)    party tail bad politicians

b)     bad educated to do mustang work

False writer to create bad environment in educational institutions for killing the students

Both groups' intellectuals are seemed quality knowledge less. They are not fit for an independent country to advising the politician for building Bangladesh a good nation.

They should study quality knowledge education courses to know to learn

1.  the difference of right and wrong 
2. problems in Bangladesh 
3. to do work perfectly in time for solving problems of Bangladesh people and
4. not to do nasty tail politics in educational institution
5. not to destroy learning and teaching environment
6. not  to killing students instead of teaching them knowledge education and
7. Not to create money inflation money devaluation for hiking everything high price to create nation wide people's disasters.

So to save people of Bangladesh
Non political Government administration is essential to ruling Bangladesh  and  to be continued until fit politicians  created for ruling Bangladesh efficiently.
For this reasons non political  administration needs to open

Nationwide political schools, institutions for teaching political education courses to the people who want to do politics in Bangladesh.

Politicians need to learn political education courses up to levels according to level they want to do politics.

1)                    Level 1 course for union council level politics

2)                   Level 2 course for upzila level politics

3)                   Level 3 course for Zila level politics

4)                   Level 4 course for national level politics

5)                   Level 5 course for leader of nation level politics

6)                   Level 6 course for Member of Parliament

7)                   Level 7 course for prime minister of Bangladesh

8)                   Level 8 course for members of political adviser political councilor and political social somaj to advising and guiding the politicians.

Election Commissioners are employees of Bangladesh public people not the employees of Bangladesh Government Administration. Election Commission is the authority forum of behalf of Bangladesh public people for making Bangladesh Government Administration. Election Commission is the authority forum for conducting fair neutral mass people election for electing lawful politicians to do lawful politics in Bangladesh. Election commissioners are paid by public people of Bangladesh to do honestly its duty

a)    electing local councils politicians for local administration and

b)    electing parliament member politicians for Bangladesh Government Administration and for rules making in Bangladesh constitution.
