Re: [chottala.com] Saudi Prince Alwaleed bin Talal bin Abdulaziz Al-Sa ud should be flogged 79 lashes according to their own Sharia law.

Dr. Shiraj Uddowlah,

I agree what you saw personally. But the thing is just someonce accused the Prince AlWalid does not mean that he committed the crime. It has to be proved in court and we have to wait for the court verdict. I was in Saudi Arabia for seven years and worked for a Prince. Some Princes take advantage of the power as it happened to our country that party in power take advantage.
FYI Prince AlWalid denied the allegation openly and submitted the evidence of his innosence. Similarly IMF Chief was recently charged in NY for abusing a hotel maid but later the charge was dismissed by the court. What does it mean, there are peiple who accuse the powerful persons to take advantage of their position.
Let us wait to see what court decide in this AlWalid case.
Many thanks.

Mr. Mohiuddin Anwar,

Do you think that Saudi Prince Alwaleed bin Talal bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud is innocent and you are trying to tell something with your silent advocacy in favour of him. During my 15 years of service as Medical Practitioner in the Ministry of Health, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia I had an opportunity to go to some of the Prince's house and saw as an eye witness how lavishly they used to drink alcohol in their house. Boxes and cartoons full of foreign made costly wine Johny Walker Whisky I have seen in their house. They can drink as much they want in their house though drinking of alcohol is strictly prohibited in Saudi Arabia whether inside or outside. But ordinary Saudis if they drink a little bit, the police used to catch them by chasing and punishing them in front of the mosque after Juma prayer by flogging 79 lashes. Why two types of law are prevailing in the same country. About Prince Walid what happened in the Spanish Mediterranean in August 2008 the case was finished by giving plenty of money at that time but later on when that Spanish model girl again complained against that Prince the case revived. I know if that rape case is proved to be true also, the case will be finished by plenty of money. Law is only for the poor people but not for the rich Saudis. It is also true if the guilt is proved the punishment will be according to Spanish law as that incident happened in Spain according to your opinion, but here the recommendation for the punishment should be in a similar way of cruel types as it is now prevailing in Saudi Arab for the poor peoples like beheading of eight Bangladeshis (about a week ago) and an Indonesian maid servant (beheaded in June 2011) because of her killing her Saudi masters for his unwanted undue maltreatment with her. This sharia law when introduced 1400 years before, at that time this Saudi Arab was passing a Ayam-e-Jaheliat era and our all Prophets (PBU them) came to this part of the world because of their barbaric 'jaheliat' activities. Now in this modern age they are still continuing their old systems of Ayam-e-Jaheliat types of one sided barbaric activities in the name of sharia law.
Dr. Siraj Uddowllah.
