Dr. Yunus rejects proposal to join BNP     

 

Dr. Yunus has cold shouldered  a  proposal to join  BNP, reports

ENA from New York.

 

The current issue of New York's Bangla language weekly Thikana

published a report  by it's special correspondent Ashraf Khan

sent from Dhaka. The report mentioned BNP high command as it's source.

BNP policy makers anticipates Dr. Yunus to use his international connections

to remove Hasina government from power.

Although, at personal level Dr. Yunus is BNP-minded,  he refused to

join BNP formally.
