Court has given this verdict (may be correct verdict) because Hasina wants to prove Zia was killer but court will never tell anything against the killer of Khaled Musharaf ( a sector comandor) because he was killed (allegedly) by col. Taher to free Zia. It deserves mention that AL would have returned to power in November 1975 if Khaled Mussahraf could have stopped Col. Taher and there would not have any question for  Zia to take power.  Still AL is supporting Col Taher because it wants to defeat BNP at any cost. May I ask how many AL people were killed by the Gonobahini of JSD under the leadership of Inu and Rab ? Hasina and her court is not taking any action against many ruthless murders because they are now with AL. May be I am wrong but I believe that we should stop blaming Bangabondhu and Zia. They did many good things for Bangladesh and I think both of them had limitations and whatever wrong they did, they did against their will. May Allah rest them in peace.
