agree  and to add to your sentences, ... to bring down Prof Yunus or discredit him is the game by other rival NGOs of Bangladesh.
 
You are right , lets not discuss the issues that going to harm bangladesh tremendously. whether transparent or not is different subject. atleast money flowing into the country , and poor and vulnerables are at work.
 
Whoever is talking, they not going to give job to millions . therefore lets us not dis-credit few of our legends of BRAC, PROSHIKA, GRAMEEN etc etc

There are lot of things to do for Bangladesh.Do not spend unnecessary time on petty little things trying to bring down a person of Yunus's stature.Yunus has taught for about 20-25 years, educated thousands of people in the country; there are manning different institutions at home and abroad.He lives a simple/modest life.His creative ideas and life-style have inspired so many people throughout the globe.Like any other human being, he is not perfect though.
Hope that we try to emulate the positive aspects of his experience/quest.
