Very timely article although these countires (new East Indian Companies) are mauch smarter than we usually assume them to be. They already have thought anticipated the moves by their old colonies and taken shrewd measures to continue the fleecing. Many of the Canadian (York University for example) and their cousin (Anglobased-US, Austarila) universities have opened their campuses in their old colonies (in India).
