I think  you have a very shalow and superficial understanding
of US systems especially at the Federal Level.
 
How does your comment relates to my post (see below).
 
I have clearly said:
The Amardesh news on the alleged corruption by Taufique-e-Elahi 
and Sajeeb Wajed Joy seems to be out-and-out rumor mongering
with ulterior motives and insidious intents by the mastermind of Uttora
Copnspricy, Mr. Mahmudur Rahman,ex-energy advisor and current
editor of Amardesh.
 
The key words are alleged and "seems to be" which indicate opinion.
 
Also I said:
 
"The US  Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977 (FCPA) addresses
accounting transparency requirements and prohibits bribery of foreign 
officials by US companies and companies doing business in USA.
 
Chevron or any other US company can not bribe any official
anywhere as per US law . Recent Enron Scandal in India and
Seimens scandal world over revealed many facets of this FCPA.
 
US Federal auditing system will unearth any wrong doings and the
company concerned will have serious damage to its business and
probably have to pay hefty fines.  ..... " 
 
There was no Pre-Judgement in the post per se.
 
I expressed my trust and confidence on the US federal auditing systems.
 
Your questions like :
"Are you in capacity to make laws like the law makers of this
country (USA) or interpret laws like any judge of the court of law? "
is irrelevent and totally out of context.
Obviously, you tried to divert from the issue through your innuendoes. 
Your scarsm "Mr. Joy may be a "Mighty Prince" in his home country"
only exposes your  internal intolerance about him and BAL.
You said " but as a US residence he is not above the laws of the USA.
A complete investigation by the US authorities will end discussions on
alleged bribery crime against him.        "   You are right Joy is a US
resident. But, up until now there is no probable cause or even
allegation in USA against him or  against the US corporation Chevron
in this regard. 
US authorities does not waste their time on slanders and
ill-motivated & unsubstaintiated rumors published
in a foreign newspaper (Amardesh in this case).
 
FYI,
In December 2008, the unveiling of concealed information of foreign currencies deposited in a Singaporean bank prompted the United States to become involved. The  U.S. Department of Justice is currently seeking a $3,000,000 forfeiture action against Koko for the accounts that are alleged to be the proceeds of the conspiracy bribe.  The forfeiture action against the funds, held by multiple account holders, was filed in January 2009 in a US District Court in the District of Columbia. The Justice Department is seeking a forfeiture action against those accounts that are thought to be the proceeds of a conspiracy to bribe then ruling Bangladeshi National Party members and their families, in connection with various public works projects; at least one payment to each of the suspected consultants was paid from a US bank account.

Niether you nor I am acting as a judge in any court of law in the USA. As I don't have any authority to pre-judge on any alleged crime so as to you too. Perhaps, you have noticed US law makers (Senators, Congressmen, Congresswomen) always ask for investigations in this type of cases/matters even if they make or know the Laws, Acts, etc.

Are you in capacity to make laws like the law makers of this country (USA) or interpret laws like any judge of the court of law? You have rights to give opinion on "pick and choose" basis, but that's not final. USA runs on it's own laws and legal system. As a tax payer any citizen of the USA has rights to ask for any investigation and justice but not to obstruct justice in any form.

revealed a payment of bribe received by Mr. Arafat Rahman Koko

money trail revealed the payments were made through US banks.
Siemens AG, agreeing to pay a US$ 1.6 billion fine to US and
German governments.

The best way to find out whether Mr. Sajeeb Wajed Joy, a US resident is innocent or not if his, his firms and financial accounts are investigated by the United States authorities, Internal Revenue Services, US Treasury Department, US Department of Justice, US Homeland Security Department (if possible) etc.
