The democracy will last longer if a) The political leaders possess the qualty of principle & self respect b) The political party follows the system rules of democracy & elects all level political leaders in the party following the system rules of democracy for leading the political party in the system of democracy. c) And the voters are needed to be self respect aware for casting their votes. .
