The BBC news is that according to the High Court Verdict Bangladesh constitution fifth rectification which was rectified by the elected members of Parliament is cancelled.. It can be now clarified & analyzed that all political party in Bangladesh along with BAL BNP party & all news papers except 4 are also automatically cancelled according to the spirit of High Court Verdict.. It also can be clarified & analyzed that the Present Elected Parliament & Present Parliament system Government Administration is also cancelled according to the spirit of High Court Verdict..  .. According to the High Court Verdict only BAKSAL system political party & BAKSAL system Presidential Government Administration are legal & this system also automatically is revived according to the spirit of High Court Verdict.. . So now according to the High Court Verdict the present Parliament Present BAL Party & BAL Government Administration are totally also illegal. For executing the spirit of High Court Verdict it is required in Bangladesh for re-forming BAKSAL system political party, BAKSAL system Parliament & BAKSAL system Presidential Government Administration in Bangladesh. For executing the spirit of High Court Verdict Bangladesh is now essentially required to re-conduct for e-election for re-electing MP for BAKSAL system Parliament & for re-forming BAKSAL system Presidential Government Administration in Bangladesh.
