CSDF Chittagong under new Leadership: Chittagong Social Development Forum (CSDF) as alliance of local NGOs and civil society organization (CSOs) working to overcome suffering of women and children in Chittagong region has a new leadership. The newly leadership was elected on last 2nd May 2009 at Annual General Meeting was held at GDRC auditorium, Chandgaon Chittagong. CSDF Chairperson S M Nazer Hossain was presided over the AGM. Mr. Dabir Uddin Khan Principal Hazera Taju University Collage and Ms. Umme Kulshum Arzu, Joint Secretary of Chittagong District Social Entrepreneurs Groups was act as Chief and Asst Election commissioner to conduct the election. Amongst others noted journalist and city editor of daily Suprbhat Bangladesh M Nasirul Hoque, Advocate Bansanti Ptroba Palit, Jesmin Sultana Paru, Rezia Begume, Afsar Khan, Quai Iqbal Bahar Sabery, Chandan Kr.Lahdi, Immam Hosain, Abul Kashem, Nazrul Islam Manna, Shapna Talukder were took part the discussion. Mr. Quazi Iqbal Bahar Sabery Secretary of CSDF presented progress and financial report and ammended copy of constitution. Later the new leadership were elected for the period of 2009-2011.
