We need to understand the differences about the duty & the functions of the Members of the Parliament & what their duty & why they are elected for the National Assembly. We need to understand the differences of i) Who is the Dakat what his work is , who is the Army what is his work? Are they equal as both are working with arms? ii) Who is the chur what is his work, who is the police what his duty is? Are the same the work of police & the work of chur? iii) Who is the politician what the function of the politician & what the relation among the Dakat the Army the Police the Chur & the other people's profession with the profession of the politicians? We also need to know whether the work is done of the same motive of the same aiming for looting the public money & power by the the Police the Army the Politician the Member of Parliament the Chur the Dakat the Judicial Judge & the Law Professional person in Bangladesh. What the duty & the responsibility of the Government are? What should be done in Bangladesh by the Government & by the members of the Parliament in the National assembly whether for making the good laws & the good policy a) for doing good lawful works in all sections b) for providing update quality work education to the people according to the requirements of the country c) for creating quality educated Quality skilled political leaders Quality educated quality skilled administrator Quality skilled executers Quality skilled workers d) for providing jobs to the jobless people & solving the problems of the people Or NOT.

Ershad acquitted in graft case  File PhotoStar Online ReportFormer president and Jatiya Party chief HM Ershad was acquitted today of graft charges in a case filed against him 16 years ago. Judge Golam Motuza Majumder of the Special Court for Dhaka Division delivered the verdict. Earlier on November 22 last year, the court fixed December 1 for delivering the verdict after completion of arguments by the prosecution and the defence. But the court deferred the delivery of the verdict to February 2, as Ershad did not appear before it on that day. Earlier, the court recorded statements of 12 prosecution witnesses, including complainant of the case. According to the case filed with Tejgaon Police Station on September 5 of 1992, it was alleged that Ershad, defying the authorities' decision, directed the authorities to take loans from France instead of the grant from Finland for setting up 'microwave telephone lines' in 89 upazilas. Due to Ershad's unilateral decision, the government had to pay Tk 28 crore to France in interest, as the plan was not implemented finally, sources said. The investigation officer of the case submitted the charge sheet against Ershad and four others on July 31, 1995. |
