[chottala.com] Re: [reform-bd] What is your comments about sheikh Hasina's cabinate ??

The new govt is clearly showing signs of immaturity, impatience and over ambitious programme syndrom.

The Home Minister is talking big but not reacting to the actions of Chhatraleague.  The commerce minister is shouting at the businessmen instead of taking them in the team.  The agriculture minister is failing to cope up with her over-ambitious plans.

Under these circumstances if the new govt fails to readust itself with the ground realities and behave appropriately the people's overwhelming support to the party may soon take a u turn.

The govt must take lesson from the mistakes of the last (care taker) govt and resort to "less promises", "less talks", "restraint" and "team-works" (instead of making the businessmen and general people as their counterpart).

I don't remember any previous government creating so much doubt in the minds of the general people so early.  Everyone wanted to help the new govt and the ball is in the govt's court to utilise it well or misuse it.

When CTG failed people said BNP was better.  Should we wait and hear people saying "the CTG was better?"

Best wishes to all.

Yeah, right!!

Kid, you have no idea. Just wait and see. This have nothing to do with silly BAL-BNP conflict. There are bigger fishes in the pond and around.

Just like no one have a clue how this election was cooked up, you would not know what will hit you. But be sure, its coming!

Remember those series of meeting our new PM had in WASH before returning to Dhaka? You thought those were useless? And a illegal phone call from PM-elect to a foreighn minster of big brother? (It should have been their PM called our PM-elect to congratulate, and that's also should have been AFTER the result is official).

Just wait and see.

I think overall this is good. I am relieved for not seeing familiar crooked politicians in the cabinet. Almost all the members of from BAL's 2006 cabinet were corrupt and later became a godfather.

Good thing that Hasina did not pick them. However, these new folks could turn out to be as corrupt and provide prejudice to gangster. Need to be watched out.

Also another thing I liked it is, as of now, relatively moderate in numbers. 32 should be easily manageable.

I wish them all good.
