Causes 1. The ACC could not be able to prove the truth at the mind of the common people that the persons who are arrested by the ACC are really corrupted persons whereas ACC has already proved itself at the mind of the common people that 1) ACC is an unproductive disturbance section just like other unproductive section in 2) ACC is the economical burden to the world poorest people of 3) The people in ACC department are creating a lot of problems to the people for money making like other money making people's harassing department in Bangladesh as WASA, DESA, Titas, Income Tax, Land Tax , the Police, the Custom Tax & other Government unproductive sections & offices. 2. The Election Commission also could not be able 1) for making the perfect rules of law & the policy of law to create the local council as non political neutral administration & 2) for conducting the local council election as non political in non party system election for electing the non political local councilors for local non political administration 3) EC is also an unproductive & trouble creating section in making voter list, These so called higher degree educated persons working in ACC & EC are really worthless & totally failed to perform their duty correctly & efficiently according to their long time speaking & gossiping statements. They have proved themselves to the common people that they are expert only in speaking & gossiping works not skilled in performing their duty & work efficiently. They are only very worthless good for nothing & nonsense unproductive speaking expert. So as punishment for their inefficiency, nonsense gossiping & talking works, for their worthless activities these very good nonsense speakers & gossiping expert workers in ACC & EC must be discharged from their unproductive jobs. Other wise Their services should be replaced at any product creating department just like cattle farm or poultry farm for performing their duty of doing productive works.
