For perfect CTG administration it needs for CTG to make administration fair & neutral to conduct non political  local council election for helping the CTG administration.

 When some one make friends or reach to a deal with a good or respectable person, they proudly declare it.

 

 But when some one make deal with a evil guy, they try to hide it.

 

 it is evident from (1)joy's silence since his meeting with Moeen in USA, (2)BAL participation in local govt.electiona and  (3) hasina's   behaviour in contrary to her nature about the CTG(soft stand against those who put her in jail) that BAL has made a underhand deal with the CTG.

 

 But they don't dare to declare it as they didn't when they did so with Ershad.

 

 This proves that this CTG is no better than ershad.
