Re: [chottala.com] Chief Justice

It is not the question who is senior or junior. Question is that who is efficient among the 2 Judges. It can be reminded that at present there is no any Political Party Government in the country, it can be reminded that at present there is no any mandated or elected political party in Bangladesh to ask or to see lawfully whether is done wrong or right of appointing CJ by the present CTG under the country's only elected authorized person who is now the President of Bangladesh to appoint the CJ.

So lawfully it can be said that this CTG has done correctly for appointing CJ. Its duty which CTG thinks correct on the point of Neutral & Fair corner on the point of efficiency & fitness  for appointing the efficient & fittest person as CJ Not following the Theory of Seniority vs. Junior  This Care Taker Government is Not the Ordinary Government & not the political Government. It has  some responsibility  & the Caring Capacity for Creating any thing which CTG thinks justified & clean for conducting Fair & Neutral MP Election.

Politicians & political leaders should go to the people to know the people's problems to think for finding the solution of the problems & should make policy & agenda to ask their votes for getting the mandate on their policy & agendas to go in power for ruling the country & to take lawfully legal action against the CTG if this CTG done any wrong. Only this is the wise way & wise work for the wise politicians to go in power if they believe in lawful democracy & justice of law.

Chief Justice

Sir,
President Iajuddin Ahmed yesterday appointed M M Ruhul Amin as the next Chief Justice (CJ), superseding Justice Mohammad Fazlul Karim, the most senior member of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court after the incumbent CJ. We thought this would not happen again, especially with a neutral caretaker government. The nation is always against the superseding of judges.
