[chottala.com] AABEA thanks & shows gratefulness to all guests, volunteers, & performers to make the May 17 program

Dear favorite community friends,

This e-mail is related to AABEA (American Association of Bangladeshi Engineers & Architects)'s family & friends evening held on last Saturday, May 17 at The Auditorium at The Universities at Shady Grove, 9630 Gudelsky Drive, Rockville, Maryland 20850.  The following are some information we like to express to you about this program.

TO THOSE WHO WERE PRESENT & ENJOYED OUR PROGRAM

Thank you very much for coming to our (AABEA) program held on last Saturday, May 17, 2008.  We really appreciate that you came to enjoy our program by sacrificing your valuable time.  Some of you even changed your personal plans for coming to our program.  We are grateful to you for this.  Only your presence & cooperation with us until the completion of our program made our event very successful.  We met our mission and the number of the guests were much beyond our expectation.

We tried our best to minimize our mistakes & errors and to maximize your satisfaction & entertainment throughout the whole afternoon & evening.  However, unknowingly & unintentionally we may have made some mistakes at our programs.  We love constructive criticisms, as long as those criticisms help us to improve our activities in future.  So, please do not hesitate to send us your positive comments, feedbacks, & opinions on our May 17 program.  However, we noticed one of our mistakes by ourselves, which is that we provided small plates to you for dinner.  We are extremely sorry for this.  We will make sure that we will provide larger plates in future.

Please forgive us for the inconvenience that was created during playing CD with one of the dances due to the mechanical failure.

TO THOSE WHO WERE NOT ABLE TO COME TO OUR PROGRAM

You must have a very strong reason for not coming to
our program.  That's OK, but we missed you.  If possible, please ask for the details about our program to those who were present at our program.  But, we are feeling very upset that we were not able to serve & entertain you on last Saturday (May 17).  We hope that we will not miss you at our next programs & activities.
