You are right . It is true that our political leaders did not learn & do not learn from the past history. Present politicians did not try to learn from the past. The CTG system government is made by them is established by them & has come into power for their bad activities. They are nonsense stupid blind selfish for public money looting. They are expert in creating non sense atmosphere doing activities creating people's disaster through out the country. They have no any faithful efficiency to make voter list to conduct fair election. Our Politicians should resign from politics or must do touba coming at Baitol mukkarm masjid & beg pardon to the nation & should return ill money to the government fund.
So CTG are the
1) 1st most important duty is to make system for electing fair & efficient politicians
2) 2nd most important duty is to facing all problems as duty of good Government.
3) 3rd most important duty is to conduct fair & neutral election.
For establishing rules of laws for establishing justice of law for good administration in the country it needs to create quality people
1) for making rules of law
2) for executing the rules of law
It is very essential to continue this CTG system of quality government until lawful system of quality democratic political party & lawful system of quality administration in the political party, efficient & democratic minded politicians are created in the country to contest in the fair & neutral Election for forming Efficient Quality Government.
This CTG is also required to do a lot of quality reform works before conducting fair & neutral election such as
1) Reforming works for establishing quality system of judicial trialing works
2) Reforming works of problem solving procedure
3) Reforming works of developing works systems procedure
4) Reforming works for creating jobs fields for jobless people
5) Reforming works in education systems to make people as quality working persons.
6) Reforming works in administration for making lawful system of working administration.
7) Reforming works for creating democratic system political party
8) Reforming works of other so many sectors according to the requirements of the country & according to the demands from the various corners people who are living in Bangladesh
To complete these reforming works CTG requires very good efficient skilled Advisors & to continue for long time.
CTG is advised to make a quality system of selecting procedure for listing an advisors panel or for making an advisor party by collecting them from through out the country. It can be done as follows
1) Selected by written test & verbal interview from the learned neutral honest people
2) Provided them quality training & quality education for making them skilled efficient.
3) Kept their names in the waiting list for appointing as advisor of Care Taker Government when requires of changing or replacing inefficient or less quality less wise advisor.
4) Legal action taken after judicial investigation of dishonest advisor.
For increasing efficiency, CTG may also appoint some experienced learned & honest political persons as Office Assistant to the Chief advisor
1) To collect correct information
2) To communicate with all sections
3) To correct decisions discussing with all advisors & advisor assistants
4) To execute all decisions in time correctly.
a) Can meet daily for 3o--60 minutes after work hours to discuss daily routine works.
b) Can meet once in a week for 1 -2 hours to discuss weekly routine works for progress.
c) Can meet once in a month for 2-3 hours to discuss & review of the monthly routine works updating the procedures of CTG performances.
For conducting fair & neutral election CTG also requires to introduce a system of quality education
1) To provide quality education to make people quality skilled.
2) To create a system for learning about real democracy & real politics to make lawful system of democracy for doing lawful system of politics with wisdom knowledge & to do welfare works wisely for the people of Bangladesh
3) To make lawful system of quality administration in the political party for making the political party as quality democratic political party
4) To create quality educated quality politicians in the political party.
5) To make quality rules & quality laws for the politicians & for the political party.
6) To make lawful system of quality administration in the political party for selecting party members & electing party leaders to administrate the political party.
7) To make lawful system of quality Judicial Procedures for selecting Judicial Persons to establish lawful systems of quality Justice in the country,
8) To create quality planers to make quality plan quality executers to execute the plan quality builders to build the country according to the quality plan.
9) To provide quality education for all to educate them at their respective working subjects to make them skilled persons in their working subjects for making success at their professions.
10) To create job centre to provide job to the jobless people.
