So it is very essential to create quality educated people who can understand what is right or what is wrong & what right thing must need to do in time for that reasons quality rules of law must be made to establish justice of law for good honest justified administration in the country.
Other wise
Nonsense educated people will create nonsense environment throughout the country.
For establishing rule of law it needs to establish justice of law & it also needs to create quality people for making rule of law & honor to execute these rules of law for establishing justice of law & rule of Law full good administration in the country.
