[chottala.com] Why a free license to BSF to kill innocent Bangladeshis? what the so called human right workers doing?

We would like to draw the attention of Mr.Aslam and
Miss. Irene Khan on these extrajudicial and
indiscrimate killing by the triggeer happy BSF jawans.
Or they consider India as outside the perview of
human rights laws. If not, we would like them to be
vocal about these killings as well and not just
Cholesh.
