Where is Moeen?

The BNP drama continues, with Khandker Delwar Hossain claiming from his hospital bed that he and his family was threatened.

"They came into my house on Sunday night and told me that I would have to agree to resign from my post, accept the new chairperson and secretary general of their choice, and would have to join Monday's standing committee meeting, or else the lives of my family members and my own would be in danger," Delwar Hossain told journalists from a hospital bed in Birdem about the threateners, while terming the NSC meeting held in Saifur's house as illegal and unethical by the standard of the party constitution.
In related news, his son Paban, a known criminal who was free until now has been arrested. The warrant was issued in the afternoon, and the police showed remarkable ability by locating and arresting him within a few hours.

So far, nothing unexpected. But while this staged coup is going on, we are beginning to miss our favorite face in the government, Gen. Moeen. He returned to Dhaka on the 28th, with a 3-line story in Daily Star, and no press conference at the airport. Strange for someone who loves the camera, but we attributed this to jet-lag and thought nothing further of it. Then 29th comes, and there is the BNP midnight coup. Still no Gen. Moeen. October 30 comes, we read through 6 different newspapers, and still no mention of Moeen.

Then we noticed something else: a rather tame story about President Iazuddin going on a 7 day tour to the USA in various newspapers like Daily Star and Amader Shomoy. The story is important because of what it does NOT say.
President Iajuddin Ahmed left Dhaka yesterday for New York on a weeklong official visit to the United States.

Caretaker government advisers Barrister Mainul Hosein and Maj Gen (Retd) MA Matin, head of the diplomatic corps, cabinet secretary, navy and air chiefs, charge d'affaires of the US Embassy and high civil and military officials were present at the airport to see him off.
Like the dog that did not bark in the Sherlock Holmes story, what does this mean? Is Moeen jet-lagged? Is he ruminating over his triumphant seminar at Harvard and looking at the photos?

Or has he been "Delwared" at the CMH (combined military hospital)?
