Thank for the wonderful column.  Can I add to your column  “Indian present government has the HRD policy of National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) Level 2 an 3 with UK  standard for more than 50milions “   quote from Times of India.   These qualified people will dominate in the job market of middle east, Europe and America.

What a  shame we are having more and more so called Universities without quality (library, practical room, for medical college Anatomy room with human body and qualified teachers)
