[chottala.com] '5 Pillars' more important than Basics of Islam?

Yes. Slavery is still Legal in Islam and was being practiced in Saudi Arabia until 1960 or 1962, when USA had pressured the King to ban it.
In all other Moslim Lands taken over by Europeans it was banned by 1862 and officially it remains banned in all Moslim Countries however, cases of some Slavery have appeared in Sudan and Pakistan.
.
Mollaas do not even claim Slavery is legal in Islam because now Moslims are themselves Anti Slavery so, they have changed their stance and claim, Slavery was banned in Islam also but they provide no Verses in Qoraan to prove this.
They had no answers to my following questions that if Slavery was banned in Islam, ...
.
* ... why all 4 first Caliphs had kept practicing it?
* ... why more than 1/3rd of population of Baghdad was Slaves in 10th Century?
* ... why Mollaas had never issued any Edicts against Moslims practicing Slavery in Islamic History?

Some Mollaas have come up with a new reason for Slavery not being banned. They are saying 'it was because of Economic Reasons' but when I asked, 'how come the same Economic Reasons had not been considered logical by Persian Emperor Cyrus the Great that had banned Slavery hundreds of years before birth of our Prophet?', they have no answer.

How about slavery ? Why slavery Allowed in Islam?
Rasulullah (Allah bless him & give him peace) said:
"There are three types of people whose salat is not accepted,
nor is any other good act of theirs accepted.
One is a slave who runs away from his master.
The second is a woman whose husband is displeased with her.
The third is a person who is in a state of intoxication."
Please explain, why is a "fleeing slaves prayers not
accepted by Allah the Almighty" ?
Rasulullah (PBUH) clearly understood that slavery
was an evil practice, but Qur'an never prohibited slavery.
Since, Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) is the final prophet,
is slavery is still justified according to Islam?

Dear Mr.  S Turkman,
Yes I agree with you that the basics of Islam are:

"Are not Basics of Islam like not lying, not cheating, not becoming false witness, not agreeing with wrong, not tolerating wrong, not stealing, not someone let steal, not robbing, not assisting in Robbery, not extorting money, not helping anyone extort money, not taking Bribes, not offering Bribes, not coveting, not raping, not assisting some Rapist, not killing, not assisting someone to kill, etc?"

and if anybody stick to the five Pillars of Islam in true sense he or she must have to follow the above mentioned basics of Islam. Those five pillars help us to remind the basics of Islam.
However, I do agree that many non-Muslim follow the above mentioned basics of Islam.
Only Allah knows who are dear to him. We should make people aware of the hell and haven but we cannot say whose fate will be what ? So better spread Islam by love and not by terrorism (in many occasion backed by CIA)

Where did our Prophet say this?
If Islam sits high on Pillars of Rituals and Traditions instead of Character Building Foundation of Basics then isn't a hard to reach religion and just like other Rituals and Tradition Based religions.

Are not Basics of Islam like not lying, not cheating, not becoming false witness, not agreeing with wrong, not tolerating wrong, not stealing, not someone let steal, not robbing, not assisting in Robbery, not extorting money, not helping anyone extort money, not taking Bribes, not offering Bribes, not coveting, not raping, not assisting some Rapist, not killing, not assisting someone to kill, etc?

Have not Moslims moved away from Allah's original Commands by believing in these counterfeit 5 Pillars of Mollaas and by believing they are more important than Foundation or the Basics of Islam that Allah gave them?

Have Moslims graduated from the Basics of Islam so, now they do not have to follow them and just 5 Pillars are enough, while they remain Characterless people like 'Koffaar' that their Prophet had fought against were?
If Rituals and Traditions are supposed to be Islam, why was Islam created?
Had not 'Koffaar', ...
.
* ... also worshiped 'Allah'?
* ... Jews and Christian did Fasting (Roza)?
* ... Jews and Christian give 'KhairaaT' like we do now?
* ... celebrated both Eids?
* ... performed Hajj?
.
So, what's the difference between the people, who Allah had called 'Koffaar' in Qoraan and present day Moslims besides that they believe that Prophet Mohammad was Prophet of Allah and they had not?
Can any Scholar of Islam, Imam, Preacher or Mollaa answer this question?
