Kader Siddui blasts MKA again
Sylhet, Feb 20 UNB) - Krishak Sramik Janata League (SKJL) leader Kader Siddiqui again fired a trident at the Home Minister terming him `Razakar` hours after he was sued by a freedom fighter for the same remark.
After paying a visit to the village home of missing BNP leader Ilias Ali and consoling his grief-stricken mother on Wednesday, Kader Siddiqui said, “Home Minister Mohiuddin Khan Alamgir is not only a Razakar, but also the grandfather of Razakars.”
Addressing a gathering in Biswanath, he also fired a salvo at ruling Awami League (AL) saying there are more Razakars in the party and the cabinet.
He also criticised AL for failing to protect Ilias, terming the AL-led government a `total failure`.
Addressing a crowd at Biswanath, Kader Siddiqui said: “It’s the fundamental right of a mother to be informed the whereabouts of his missing son.”
He alleged that the government has deprived Ilias’ mother of this fundamental right.
Reiterating that there are war criminals in the ruling party, Kader Siddiqui said the present AL-led regime is the model of a `failed government` in the world as no other government can match its dubious distinction.
He said the government has lost right to cling on to power.
On Tuesday, a Dhaka court summoned Kader Siddiqui asking him to appear before it on April 18 after a defamation case was filed against him by a freedom fighter on charge of making derogatory comments against the Home Minister at a public meeting in Chittagong.
