9. Automobile Purchase Subsidy: In Libyan, if a Libyan bought a car, the government subsidized 50% of the price.

11. Good Governance: Libya had no Foreign Debt and its Reserves amount to $150 billion â€" now frozen globally.

* Obama has gone crazy and is taking out on all countries that used to be friends of USSR because Russia is not intervening. No WW III danger so, USA is going ahead.
* Libya, Egypt, Tunisia, Yemen, Syria all used to have very close relations with Soviets and this is why Arab Spring only came there, not everywhere else. Further Evidence?
* In Bahrain, USA has done nothing and riots continue on. Not a single statement from Obama.

1. USA could have never expected an attack on her Cairo during Hosni Mubarak rule but since Arab Spring Victory, Anarchists of Moslim Brotherhood have taken over, it was attacked and Egypt still remains in turmoil with law and order situation.
2. US Consulate in Ben Ghazi, Libya was attacked and US Ambassador, the secret CIA Pay Master of Anarchists and the Weapons Supplier was assassinated by the same Anarchists that worked for him against Col. Qaddafi.
