The US constitution is the best in the whole world. You don't like it, then take a look at the constitutions of any islamic countries, where minorities have no rights, let alone freedom of speech, then you will feel much better and your tolerance level will increase. Congress have lot better things to do for goodness sake.

Dear All,

Let us respect the constitution of USA,  "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances." It is part of  our democratic right-  any criticism or any cartoon or any video of any one are part of this law, we all have to tolerate it though we may not like it (all three references are given below).
Yours sincerely,
Golam F. Akhter, Bangladesh-USA Human Rights Coalition Inc.

First Amendment

The First Amendment to the United States Constitution codifies the freedom of speech as a constitutional right. The Amendment was adopted on December 15, 1791. The Amendment states:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Although the text of the Amendment prohibits only the United States Congress from enacting laws that abridge the freedom of speech, the Supreme Court used the incorporation doctrine in Gitlow v. New York (1925) to also prohibit state legislatures from enacting such laws.
