Re: [chottala.com] Re: Humayun and west Bengal's journalists/writers

I think HUMAYUN AHMED will be reincarnated as RAJESH DOSTIDAR IN Calcutta, India...by the way does any out let in Calcutta sell Humayun Ahmeds publication...if not their may be market for it try newly founded under Mamata administration..some kind of institution to preserve Poet Nazruls works..well that is just now some day they may or may not pay him his deserved tribute..
By the way you cannot make some one like you if they do not fell same towards you..I guess I won't loose sleep over what West Bengal does or does not..

MBI Munshi in his FaceBook page:

Why  Humayun Ahmed's death not being mourned in west Bengal? Has the new Bengali President  Pranab Mukherjee or the Chief Minister of west Bengal Mamata Banerjee paid their respects and condolences to the family of Humayun Ahmed? Has any Bengali dignitary from West Bengal come to visit Bangladesh to show their solidarity with the people of Bangladesh at this loss?

When Rajesh Khanna died all TV channels and newspapers in Bangladesh covered the death as if he was a star of this country. Has there been a similar outpouring of grief in India or west Bengal for Humayun Ahmed?

I think this is because of the superiority complex and arrogance of Indian/West Bengalis who will never give recognition to anyone from Bangladesh so why do we pander to them?

How many pages have the Indians (politicians, writers, translators,
journos, campaigners, etc.) written about Taslima Nasreen? Yes, reams
and tons full of paper! They campaigned worldwide, including
electronic media. Why???

Will the lackeys of India in Bangladesh wake up? No, a great number of
them know that they are lackeys! The situation is something like,
metaphorically that is: if India makes a profit of Tk 100 by smuggling
Phensidyl, then they pocket Tk 70 and nurture their lackeys in BD by
Tk 30. People say in Bangla, 'machher tele machh bhaja!' (to fry the
fish with the fat of the fish!). And these lackeys know that!!

The political, military, economic, cultural and other lackeys of India
in Bangladesh must be defeated. And they certainly will be defeated!!
